Excellent service and communication, unlike loads of companies these days that are stuck behind an app that doesn't work or something I got through to a pleasant person got a taxi fast, text updates on progress,option to pay online,quick response over confusion over location, really helpful.

We travelled to hospital and back yesterday. Your drivers are both amenable and helpful (we had to use a wheelchair). The cars were beautifully clean, and we felt the cost was worth every penny, to get there and back safely. Thank you. Wouldn't willingly use any other company.

Our driver from Maidstone A& Rıaz, was very kind and helpful. Understanding and went the extra mile to help me across the road with my mum. The car was immaculate and extremely comfortable, something that we rarely find that degree of comfort in a taxi. His driving was really safe and smooth. The person on Switchboard that answered the call, was really bright, friendly and helpful. All around fantastic experience. Thank you so much.. Great end to a very stressful day!

Always a great service with Streamline .I have been using them for years. Clean cars and always on time.Helpful and kind drivers. Excellent staff and customer service in the office when I book,so easy to pay for .Test messages to say which car and driver are picking you up.I will always use them and I always recommend you to family and friends. Very helpful during booking. Many local firms were refusing to take our dogs even after explaining that they are non shedding and hypoallergenic! Streamline were accommodating and arrived when they said they would. Driver was great 👍 …

They are upfront with how long you will wait for the taxi. Driver is very helpful and courteous. Having to pay online feels like an additional safety net in transactions.

After a night in hospital all you want to do is get home as soon as possible. Streamline made that happen for me. Booking is very straightforward. The call agents are always polite and do their very best to get a car quickly. The drivers are always friendly and careful considerate drivers, which makes me feel safe in their hands.

Called to book a cab, was advised 10 minute waiting time, after calling twice over the next 30 minutes I was told the driver was making a stop at Sainsburys, then would be with me. Safe to say I was not happy as I was quoted £10 more for this journey compared to other competitors. Safe to say I have cancelled. Within 10 minutes I have called, booked and been collected by a seperate local taxi firm, who had a much better telephone manner too.
